Training

Training is an on-going and important part of the fire department. This section will highlight the training being offered at this time.

Training for paid and reservist staff:

4th Tuesday of every month

Stations: 40, 41, 42, & 47

Stations 41 & 42 will alternate hosting upper training starting with Station 42 on January 22nd, 2008.

4th Thursday of every month

Stations: 43, 44, 45, & 46

Stations 44 & 45 will alternate hosting lower training starting with Station 44 on January 24th, 2008.

In house training for paid staff are on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at their stations after truck check out in the morning. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, training will be combined with stations alternating every other week.

Events that could vary this schedule such as; hose testing, mandatory training classes, etc may occur but we will try and let everyone know in advance.
